• Was initial hired as a senior programmer analyst and then promoted to IT manager
• Initially headed the project to reevaluate the existing ERP package, Freidman’s Frontier, and
supported decision to retain and re-implement the package. Upon completion of the project, I then
led the project to upgrade the package to its then current release.
• Led the project to fully integrate barcoding technologies through out the organization, including
production reporting, shipping, purchase receiving, and cycle counting.
• Integrated the order entry process with a web based system to allow customers to enter quotes and
orders through the internet.
• Led the project to remove all unneeded paper from the system, replacing it with online systems.
This included adding fax/email capabilities to order acknowledgements, invoicing, statements, all
key management reports.
• Led the project to integrate shipping scheduling with PC Miler. Then integrated that schedule to
production scheduling and IGU’s (integrated glass units).
• Led the project to properly implement MRP in our purchasing requisition system.

• Created 100% automated advance shipping notification system, triggered by scanning pallets
loaded on trucks
• Integrating MRP data to suppliers via 830 EDI transmissions
• Production container scheduling system that notified lift truck drivers on the next activity required
by the plant. This system also allowed the client to substitute cycle counting activities for the
annual physical inventory. This system written in 1995 is still in use by a large automotive
manufacturer.
• Warranty system for a custom truck body company that eliminated the intensive paper system to
verify key information about original billing and any previous warranty work. This system written
in 1991 is still in use.
• Profitability analysis system. This system was written for a large deck cleaning and staining
manufacturer. It allowed them to accurately show for any customer the actually cost associated
with the products sold to them. It was written in 1998 and is still in use.
