Facility permitted for 2,250 tons per day and 12,500 per week. On average did 1800/day and 9,000/ week.
Regulate overtime weekly as well as forecast manpower need. Reported all overtime with explanation for
need.
Worked in conjunction with several landfills for delivery and compliance.
Facility maintenance and compliance by Waste Management, OSHA and DEP regulations. All inventory and
safety compliance facility issues also. All actions reported and documented weekly, monthly and yearly. Zero
injuries 2005 and 2006. Zero accidents in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Union (local 825) arbitrations and adherence as well as grievance issues. Weekly meeting with union to cover
any and all issues.
Safety training and compliance; Environmental compliance. All training was given by me weekly. A Site
Specific Safety plan was created out of my office by working with the employees. All safety and compliance
training was documented and reported. Environmental training and compliance was reported to OSHA and the
NJ DEP monthly.
Handle I.W.S. trucking volume, inbound and outbound. Able to forecast third party trucking for I.W.S. on the
amount inbound volume on a Monday to Saturday need. Sent up spreadsheets daily to I.W.S. as well as Waste
Management to track.

Authority and multiple municipalities in Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Passaic county .

Worked in conjunction with Tullytown landfill for delivery and compliance.
All employees were CDL drivers. Kept all DOT compliant.
Worked in conjunction with the Mercer County Improvement Authority. In addition municipalities from
Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
Regulate overtime and D.O.T driver hour logs to be compliant. Forecasted all manpower needs and availability
as per DOT hours.
All equipment purchase and sales were authorized by my office for transfer operation.
Tractor and Trailer maintenance and packer maintenance for facility. 15 to 20 tractors and over 40 trailers for
maintenance and repair.
