• Responded to client support requests and tickets either remotely or on site.

• Preformed software installs, upgrades, and removal on various computers throughout the

shop via remote desktop (VPN).

• Troubleshoot and repaired converter boxes.

• Established and maintained a repair flowchart for each type of converter box.

• Repaired each converter box with precession soldering, hand tools, and computer software

programs.
