possess a strong compliance background, experience in Green Technology (Solar) projects, and is presently
enrolled in the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) & Cisco Certified Network Professional
Service Provider (CCNP) certification programs geared towards installing, troubleshooting and optimizing service provider IP

Contract Facilitator specialist (Trainer to Management staff and Union employees) to National Grid’s US Foundation
Program (USFP) in their corporate-wide conversion from five (5) legacy backbone systems (PeopleSoft, TES &
etc.) to the SAP AG Real-Time Backbone Platform.
Accomplishments:
• Extended the availability of software across on-premise installations, cloud and on-demand deployments, and
mobile devices to empower its staff to work together more efficiently - and use business insight effectively.
• As an SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) wrote a 200+ page SAP Instructional Manual to be used by the Bay
State area/group of National Grid to implement the new process.

As an Engineering Duty Manager (EDM), responsible Engineering interface for power station emergent operational
concerns and for real time Engineering responses to station transients / issues and engineering surveillance
activities in support to Plant Operations while also providing engineering scheduling and cost input for proposed
work and future station modification projects at the weekly T-scheduling meetings. Performed engineering evalu-
ations to promote and maintain high engineering standards and preserve the station’s Design & Licensing Basis.
Accomplishments:
• Developed and Conducted 10CFR50 Appendix B, “Quality Assurance Criteria” Training to all of Engineering as
an SME for system design and safety basis, as well as, component Supply Chain Management purchase and
Maintenance test & replacement requirements.
• As the Engineering Self-Assessment Coordinator, verified all assessed work and processes were compliant
with agency / station policies, standards, Nuclear Regulatory Design & Licensing requirements, and Operating
Procedures for effective lean program, process, and operational implementation while establishing direct
causes, strengths, weaknesses, and improvement recommendations.

Responsible for program representation to the Regulator (NRC), documenting the program requirements, reviewing
FSAR Change Requests, coordinating program issues, and developing & revising the program manual, as
necessary. Coordinated the MEPL (Material, Equipment, and Parts List) Program, as the Program Manager, for the
Millstone Site to ensure proper system, software, component and parts Quality Safety Classification based on Final
Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and Design guidance in Support of Maintenance and Supply Chain Management.
Accomplishments:
• Participated as the Unit 1 MEPL Engineer from 1994 to 1996: Maintained approval authority over quality safety
classification determinations that implement 10CFR50 Appendix B, “Quality Assurance Criteria” for systems,
software, structures, parts, and component maintenance and Supply Chain Management requirements
• Lead the MEPL Team in regards to NRC Regulator program assessment in order to validate the overall
program and up-hold the Design & Licensing Basis which supported resumed station operations to the GRID
