DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Prepare Electrical installation layout, LT & HT Cable layout, DB schedule, load chart, Electrical

schematic, BOQ, Estimation & Tender documents.

Design of electrical systems for Hospitals, IT Parks, Resorts, Apartments and commercial

buildings.

Project Management, Liaising work with Electrical inspectorate, Local authorities for Approval

and the sanction of power.

Make the Electrical schematic and Physical layout drawings as per Kerala state Electrical

Inspectorate standards.

Arrange subcontractors for the execution of work at site, monitor the work quality and certify

subcontractor bill.

Co-ordination with Clients, Architects and consultant for design development and changes

happened in design.

Drawings forwarding to Electrical Inspectorate for approval.

Coordination meeting with whole consultants/contractors involved in the project (Civil, HVAC,

Plumbing, Fire, IBMS etc.)

Meeting with Client, Suppliers, Fabricators and Contractors etc.

Preparation and review of design changes and submit the variation statement.

Mindteck at of workstations, with integrated building management system 1 no of 1000 kva

Electronic city Transformer oil type and 500 Kva DG sets-2nos.

An IT office of Accenture with a built up area of 1.2 lakhs sq feet having 1250

Accenture workstations,120Kva UPS -3nos,80Kva-3nos and 4 nos of 60Kva UPSs are

Bank-8 dedicated to the server Rack and hub room switches. The work is being

completed and handed over to the client within fourth months including all the

works.
