• Assigns various mechanical design concept tasks. Duties include

supervise the start of design task to completion, interfacing with

customer and vendor, releasing parts to vendors, de-bugging and

installation of equipment.

• Developed a mechanically driven wire straightened, transfer and

inserting unit which interfaces with a pneumatic device at a rate of

1500 cycles per hour.

• Developed a vacuum metal belt conveyor with a wheel part

transfer system at a rate12000 PCs. per hour for the medical

industry.

• Developed a delivery system for transferring molten glass slug to

the press mold for head light lens.

• Developed continuities motion transfer heads. This consists of

multiple heads design and chain conveyor systems. Each system

having its own stationary cam for its specific motion requirement,

each system was driven from the main link conveyor and some of

the heads were using magnet as a mean of holding the product.

The project requires casting design and prototype for some of the

heads.
