upgraded communication/telephone/computer system which improved

. Contracted with an in-house pharmacy to improve accessibility to

Assistance Program generated $1,000,000 in free psychotropic

medications for Pathways patients annually.

. Initiated a Wellness Program into the clinical practice, which was

awarded as a "Best Practice" model by the Ohio Department of Mental

Health.

Clinic improved access to services form one month to one to five
