Assignment accomplished
1. Developed "Google-map" Application
Introduction:
Using the Google Maps library, you can create your own map-viewing
Activity. In this, we will create a simple map application in two
parts. In Part 1, you'll create an app that shows a map the user can
pan and zoom. In Part 2, we will add overlay items that mark points of
interest.
2. Developed component on Android Platform to Process the XML and
JSON Data
. Make a HTTP request to get the data from a webservice
. Parse the XML document and read the attributes
. developed a custom ListView with the data from the
webservice.
Experience
Academic Project : Laser Based Voice Transition & Reception
ABOUT PROJECT: This is mainly to transmit the voice information by means
of Laser with MIC
where this voice information is
received through phototransistor; the output is
connected to audio system.
> This project is developed by using some electronic
instrumentations like Transmitter,Receiver
OperationalAmplifier,LaserTorch,MicroPhone,Transistors,Resistance,Capac
itance,LoudSpeaker,
Potentiometer,Battery.
> It helps to consider how a loudspeaker makes sound.
> WORKING: A loudspeaker is a paper cone attached to a coil of wire
that sits in a magnetic field from a strong permanent magnet.
When an electric current flows in the loudspeaker coil, the coil
becomes an electromagnet, and it moves towards or away from the
permanent magnet.
> When an electric current flows in the loudspeaker coil, the coil
becomes an electromagnet, and it moves toward or away from the
permanent magnet. As it moves, the paper cone pushes on the air
around it, compressing the air in front of it, and expanding the
air behind it. Waves of compressed and expanded air travel to your
ear, and cause your eardrum to move in time to the movements of
the paper cone.
> OUTPUT:The receiver does not need any complicated alignment. Just
keep the phototransistor oriented towards the remote transmitter's
laser point and adjust the volume control for a clear sound .The
receiver circuit uses an transistor the phototransistor receives
the audio signal of low power and low amplitude, the amplitude
received audio signal is taken as output, From the loudspeaker, the
audio output is heard.
