• M-Tech Project Work: Carried out in Gupta Electrical Industries, Bengaluru.
Title: Optimization of process parameters for weld quality control in Resistance spot welding process
of dissimilar thickness work pieces.
Established the process parameters of Resistance Spot Welding for 6 different geometric
combinations of work pieces using Taguchi Analytical tool and the values are validated by
Numerical Method in ANSYS.
• BE Project Work: Carried out in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL)
Title: Improvement of quality and productivity of turbine wheel rivet assembly through drill jig
modification.
The problems in the drill jig design was identified and solved from TQM Principles.
