Responsibilities
Inspection of metal spools, plastic billets using AMS specs & ASTM. 100% visuals on heat treated parts,
anodized, electro polished, chemical etch. Inspect finished good parts according to engineer drawings with
calipers, micrometers, height gage, pin gages, comparators. Daily logs and data entry. Word, excel, Intradoc.
Prepare first article inspection reports for outside source. (paper work only) Also in charge of calibration recall
list. Email due list for items to be calibrated using excel. Some dye pen inspection level 2.
Accomplishments
In 2007 I was promoted from shipping & receiving to quality department. In 2008 I was trained and certified
for Pratt & Whitney (Canada) for source delegate. The following year 2009 I was trained and certified source
delegate for G.E aviation. In 2010 I was assigned to be in charge of calibration department. In 2011 I was
cross trained to work in dye pen inspection & final inspection.
Skills Used
I demonstrated an ambition to learn new things. Positive attitude and willing to help for a better work place
environment. Managers acknowledged my quick learning skills which helped me gain a lot of experience by
learning multiple job positions. I consider myself to be a detailed oriented person, Which will be an asset to
the company and myself.
