Electrical Project:

PROJECT : RAPDRP (Restructured Accelerated Power Development and

Reforms Programmed)

Scope of Work:

This project is mainly to minimize AT&C losses, Power losses and power

thefts.

Description:

Preparation of Base-line data for the project area covering Consumer

Indexing, GIS Mapping, And Metering of Distribution Transformers and

Feeders. It is including Asset mapping of the Entire distribution network

at and below the 11kV transformers and include the Distribution

Transformers and Feeders, Low Tension lines, poles and other distribution

Network equipment.

Base Map Preparation:

. GCP (Ground Control Point) collection using dual frequency DGPS as per

the latest satellite image collected from client.

. Pre-processing the collected GCP points

. Geo-referencing the satellite images as per GCP points.

. Extracting the Base Map data as per the client requirement (Roads,

Buildings, Railway Line, Water bodies, POI...etc)

Consumer and DGPS Survey:

. Substation Auditing

. DTR Technical Auditing and Network Sketch drawing as per field

. Pole painting as per Network

. Pole location (Lat/Lng) and required attribute in field as per client

requirement.

. Consumer data collection

PGDB Preparation:

. Preprocessing the surveyed DGPS data

. Creating DTR and Feeder wise Network in AutoCAD

. Importing Network data in to PGDB provided by client.

. Attribute integration of SubStation Audit, DTR Audit, Pole attribute,

Consumer data, HT Services data and other related data collected.

Responsibility: Coordination with complete teams (Digitization Team, Qc

Teams), Field data collection teams and Partners, Allocating section wise

integrated feeder to in-house team for create network.

PROJECT : Airtel (NLD & ABD)

Scope of Work:

This project is mainly to acquire digital maps of the OFC (Optical Fiber

Cable) network has been laid.

Inputs:

Route / Section details, Data Model, Client field patrolling team inputs,

Checklist from authorized engineer, National Long Distance (NLD) Corridor

data.

Output:

ABD digital data in MapInfo TAB format as per the Data Model.

* NLD (National Long Distance) Corridor Mapping:

Description:

This project involves in creating Corridor mapping as per the client

specified routes.

Steps involved in this Project are:

DGPS survey as per the client specified route.

Pre-process the DGPS collected for Manual Survey.

Downloading the satellite images as per the DGPS track from Google Earth

Creating the Corridor mapping as per the manual survey (up to 50 Meters

Buffer from Road Width Route) in AutoCAD Map

Topology checking and database joining in Arc MAP

Total 15 layers will be extracted

Shape files will be converted into TAB files and assigning the symbology as

per the client requirement.

* ABD (As Built Date) Telecom:

Description

This project involves in creating ABD data as per the client specified

routes.

Steps involved in this Project are:

While Survey using Cable Tracer and DGPS, need to locate the cable location

(Depth of the cable, Offset from road Edge...etc) at equal intervals.

Need to collect the required parameters like Splice Chamber, Loop Chamber,

Ground/Earth pits, Couplers, Route Markers ...etc

As per the survey details and MB books, we will create a Underground Cable

Route Line or OFC (optical Fiber Cable).

Creating/updating the data provided as per the manual survey.

Total 11 layers will be extracted.

Shapefiles will be converted into TAB files and assigning the symbology as

per the client requirement.

GAS PROJECT:

Project Title : BAYSTATE-Springfield (NISOURCE).

Department/Group : G.I.S/GAS (USA project).

Role : Production, Quality Control & Issues

Tracking.

Software used : Production in AutoCAD Map'2009, and for

the

Conversion Purpose ArcGis 9.2

or 9.3

DESCRIPTION:

This is GIS project is being done in AutoCAD Map'2009. The client will

supply Scanned Source Maps, Mass GIS Street centerlines data and Ortho

images. We will register images according to the Ortho maps. In this

project first we will done land base. Aerial images & registered images

will be attached MasGis Street centerlines and conversion StreetRows. Then

we capture Gas related information's such as buildings, Poles, hydrants,

railway lines, bridges, water bodies and Miscellaneous feature etc. After

Landbase completion we will done Gas mains (High, Low, Medium, Intermediate

& Belt Pressure). The Gas lines running without breaks except at

intersections, fittings, Valves and also break at some Gas feature as per

specifications.

PROJECT : BRITISH TELECOM.

Company Name : AVINEON INDIA PVT LTD.

Role : Production & Quality Control.

Environment : AUTO CAD.

Description:

BT is one of the telecom providers for Entire UK.

Tasks: - P & D, MU_CJ, LD, LM, SMARTING, FINALVAL & IC.

In this project Conversion is the process of posting

of telecom data using AUTOCAD. Data has been captured

as per the source. After the completion of conversion We have to process

the cables (LD, LM, & MUCJ). After the completion of this task we have

generated pairs in that cables by using the SMARTING VALIDATION.

Finally the converted telecom data will run the IC to reduce the

final errors and we have to produce the customer with pure quality data

(around 98%).

Description:

In this project we are captured road center lines & Edges,Building

foot prients,Water Areas,Bridges,Railway lines with geo possion by usesing

ortho images. Ofter convertions we run the Qc & Qa tools to clean the final

errors.Filnally we give the data for all land base futers and produce the

quality data to client.

PROJECT : WATER

Description:

In This Project We are Captured Water Mains, Reducers, Manholes,

Fittings and leatrelas With Using TIF Image Reference. After Completions of

the Conversion We have To Give Attributes to Water Features.

Finally the converted Water data will run the final tools to reduce

the final errors and we have to produce the customer with pure quality

data.
