VOLUNTEERING

Co - Ordinator - Hillside Music Festival

In conjunction with the Festival Manager the Volunteer Village Co-Ordinator was

responsible for the safety & wellbeing of over 500 volunteers in volunteer camping, over

the festival weekend. As Co-Ordinator I provided leadership and guidance to Crew

Chiefs and volunteers, overseeing manpower scheduling/training and direction in crisis

situations.
