Compression Department: operated compression machine, set-up, and adjusted Fette
Compression machine used to press blended powders, into tablets for a manufacturer, and
nutritional supplements. Dismantled equipment, cleaned machine parts thoroughly, changed
punches, oiled caps and other tooling, and reassembled machine to prevent cross-contamination
of other products and prepared for new batch runs. Ensured complete cleanliness of room, and
work area. Analyzed MMR Master Manufacturing Record to verify accuracy of lot number, work
order number, and weight of super sacks containing blended powders. Operated compressed
equipment, performed initial inspection, and adjusted machine as needed for the spray.
Conducted hardiness, thickness gauge, and balance scales, respectively. Additionally tested
product for friability and metal contamination to assure quality of product.
Wranglers: 1992-2005
Pressing Machine Operator: steam pressed jeans prior to final assembly, inspection and shipment
to customers. Jeans were sorted out by size and operator would select the size to be steamed for
further assembly. No lost time due to accidents. Trained others in pressing operation.
