background. Over 30 years of consulting and entrepreneurial business
development. I've personally handled all aspects of a business including
sales, marketing, accounting, CRM design and strategies for customer care
and billing, finance, operations, training, support, research and
development, contract negotiations, and HR. I have worked in social media,
retail, utilities, government, petroleum and natural gas industry,
telecommunications, and financial services. Proven ability to select

. Founded CUO, Inc., and directed all corporate functions, including
finances, operations, and business development. Formulated all policies
and procedures, recruited personnel, and guided company's growth and
market penetration.
. Became first company to license software for subscriber management as an
in-house PC-based solution
. Developed advanced CRM strategies to manage subscriber marketing, sales,
and relationships.
. Developed business strategy focusing on providing cost-effective computer
solutions, low-cost billing solutions for cable companies, and subscriber
management systems.
. Grew company from start-up to multi-million dollar company
. Released first in-house subscriber management and billing system in 1980,
rapidly expanded client base to national level.
. Led entry into foreign market in 1988, delivering first international
software license to client in Saipan, and then later Bermuda, Trinidad,
and the Dominican Republic. By 1992 client base included companies in
Spain, Romania, Hungary, and Philippines.
. Negotiated sale of technology company to CableData in 1994 and remained
on as President of subsidiary. Led continued growth of company's
services, expanding to 50 countries. Now part of Amdocs.

to ASP web-based services.
