Professional Experience Franciscan Alliance Information Services, Hammond Indiana

Maintain Call Center with over 50 Agents in 3 different locations

across Indiana. This Call Center utilizes the Avaya Integrated

Voice Response system as well as CCT Screen Pop application

Web Application and Contact Recording and Avaya Aura Contact

Center Management.

I am also responsible for the Avaya CS1000 VOIP PBX and

Avaya Call Pilot voicemail system for one of our hospitals and

one large clinic within the region. At these sites I am the sole

technician that handles all moves, adds changes and upgrades.
