Senior Systems Engineer 1996 to 1999: Served as key member of a management team designed to fulfill business
requirements for clients. Lead on pre-sales presentation and post-sale implementation. Created and maintained 2 Notes
databases. One, a project management application designed to, at a glance, see status and possible bottlenecks for 500+ clients.
The second was a help desk application to service 100+ clients with IT maintenance contracts. Devised and skillfully executed
project plans; managed resources, monitored activities, maintained quality assurance processes, and mitigated risks.
One Project: Convert Cobol circa 1983 computer system for aeronautical parts manufacturer to Baan ERP system.
Past Relevant Experience included audit and due-diligence compliance for back-office operational departments in the Financial
Services markets. While converting from one career in operational analysis for financial services enterprises I was employed as an
executive assistant to a principal partner at GHBM (pharmaceutical ad agency).
