Electro-Mechanical Technician

• Assembled, wired and tested Programmable Logic Control panel systems, capillary rheometers, and melt indexers used for polymer viscosity measurement. Systems were used to monitor online thermo-plastic processes and to predict thermo-plastic processes properties for injection and blow molding resulting in cost savings due to reduced scrap.

• Manufactured rheometers used to determine cure properties of rubber compounds.
