I took on the challenge at Oranje Toyota and made a change, the workshop

was going to close down and be out sourced. The workshop has had 5 managers

in one year, I was offered the post to try and rectify the situation. At

Oranje Toyota I was awarded commercial workshop of the year for two years,

by Toyota SA and by the Unitrans group. I built up the workshop to be a

very profitable business.
