Objective

A position in or related to the field of custodian facility maintenance, with

special interest in securing a position with a solid company that can utilize

my skills.

Experience

Watts Water Technology 2013 - Present

Work the production line. Package, measure and seal cartridges for water

filters for residential and commercial use.

Moving finish product from and to where house using the Forklift.

NSID Kruger Elementary School 2008 - 2013

Schedule, coordinate, direct and perform routine and comprehensive custodial

maintenance of assigned facilities.

Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, play areas, childcare center,

health occupations facilities and other facilities order and stock facilities

with paper and supplies.

Report and respond to emergency calls for custodial assistance.

Coordinate resources and implement of furniture and equipment for all campus

and community events.

Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing and electrical problems

Assist with, and perform refinishing of hardwood floors.

Maintain inventory and submit written requests for supplies; test and evaluate

new supplies and equipment.

Operate pressure washer.

Perform preventative maintenance in and around facilities.

Planned, installed, and repaired drywalls to cover walls, ceilings, soffits,

shafts, and movable partitions in residential and commercial areas.

Extensive experience in commercial work but it would be limited to concrete,

framing - wood & metal, steel erection, trim outs.
