Fare Programs of RTA. Responsible for processing the replacement of lost

damaged or stolen reduced fare permits. Review rejected reduced fare

disability applications and respond to applicants about the rejections.

Serves as back-up for the customer service function, provides phone

coverage, maintain RTA informational materials and perform general office
