Responsibilities

Assist customers with all and any shipping inquiries such as; tracking, mis-routed packages, mis-delivered

packages, unable locate, driver complaints, address corrections, pick ups, etc. Also we have to deal with all

drivers and warehouse facilities on a daily basis through phone and email to ensure delivery of packages or

inquire about problem packages.

exchanges, refunds, or replacements that were within policy. Upon a return request I would use FedEx.com

to send out any return labels. Make designers aware of new product launches, conventions/events, and any

I made the designers as well as my co-workers know that I was and am a very hard worker, I go above and
