Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Took inbound calls to manage and assist with all designer accounts. Assisted our designers with any
exchanges, refunds, or replacements that were within policy. Upon a return request I would use FedEx.com
to send out any return labels. Make designers aware of new product launches, conventions/events, and any
changes within the company that would apply to them.
Accomplishments
I made the designers as well as my co-workers know that I was and am a very hard worker, I go above and
beyond, listen well, I'm patient, reliable and dedicated to my job. While working as a designer care rep I got
shot outs from our designers out in the field acknowledging my courtesy and dedication.
