Work closely with a team of ten engineers, and senior management, to oversee the work
of the entire company. Now in my sixth year with 501cTech, I am the top senior engineer
and the person senior management relies on to carry important institutional knowledge
that the company needs to function effectively. I supervise and support a growing team of
entry level engineers who depend on me to help them troubleshoot and address
challenges as they arise. As the senior engineer I:
Serve as the senior engineering (Tier 3) resource to the 501cTECH technical
services team, providing in-depth Microsoft server support, including Windows
