Senior Engineer 2010 – Present

Work closely with a team of ten engineers, and senior management, to oversee the work

of the entire company. Now in my sixth year with 501cTech, I am the top senior engineer

and the person senior management relies on to carry important institutional knowledge

that the company needs to function effectively. I supervise and support a growing team of

entry level engineers who depend on me to help them troubleshoot and address

challenges as they arise. As the senior engineer I:

Serve as the senior engineering (Tier 3) resource to the 501cTECH technical

services team, providing in-depth Microsoft server support, including Windows

Implement extensive monitoring and remediation of all client servers, workstations and

network communications devices to ensure proper operation

Research, review and recommend system enhancements (hardware and software) that

will improve performance and reliability and that will satisf y client requirements

Serve as the technical lead on server and network infrastructure projects

Serve as a sales engineer to prospective clients

Perform infrastructure and strategic assessments for current and prospective
