Rewards & Rec. product portfolio. and most recently Energy Rebate programs.

Collaborate with executives & governance board for prioritizing technology

projects based on business value, cost-benefit analysis and ROI; manage

resource allocation against the technology project roadmap. Accelerate

project delivery by procuring professional services and contract resources

Project Manager, Operations [2005 - 2008]

Started as a Business Analyst in 2005 and quickly promoted into the role of

a PM. Led a highly matrixed 15-person team, with resources on-shore and off-

shore, to implement an Image Management System that seamlessly plugged into

the company's transactional platform, to manage distribution of images

queued up to be served at remote global locations for data entry. Project

was delivered on time, generated an ROI within 8 months of launch and
