Class Projects

• Supermarket Billing – C++

Project was written in C++. This billing system was created for customers to place an order and

receive a bill for their order. Highlights of application include the ability for customers to view

available products, place an order, modify order, and receive a total price for their order.

• Student Fee Inquiry System – C++

Project was written in C++. The ultimate goal of the system is to output owed fees of students

from a class. It could be run in a list or by typing in the name of a student. The system was also

able to be modified (changing fees owed) as needed by the user.

• Maze Game – VB.NET

Project was written using Visual Basic. The game included ten levels, each with increasing

difficulty. The object was to get through each maze without making the cursor touch the walls.

The only way to move on to the next level is by beating the previous one. Some functions

included an adept GUI and a time keeper.

• Database for book publishing company – MySQL

Project was written using SQL. The database produced different fields which consisted of ID,

author name, book name, book ISBN, publisher, date published, and price. In the making of the

database, one to many and many to many relationships were used, as well as primary and foreign

keys. The database was created for easy access to finding certain books.

• New York Cares – Volunteer 2011-2012

Assisted people with the use of Microsoft Office products, helped set up email addresses, and

connected users to social media sites.

• Dunkin Donuts - Shift Leader 2010 - present

Responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service, taking orders, managing cash

register, ensuring cash register balances, and training new employees.
