efforts for Advanced Information Systems (AIS), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) division. Achievements:

Provided proposal management support to win a $1.4M Advanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP) II FY13 Research

and Development (R&D) Ground Truth Support contract managed by the United States Air Force National Air and Space

Intelligence Center (NASIC). Supported two winning National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency proposal efforts: $125M

Resource, Tasking Y Marketplace (RTM) 3.1, and $100M RTM 3.2 efforts. Developed and conducted a “Lessons Learned and

Best Practices” workshop to train an adjunct proposal team that received a negative customer debrief to better prepare for

future proposal efforts.

Jun 11 to Apr 13, Senior Proposal Manager, Northrop Grumman, McLean, VA; Directs major priority proposal

efforts for the Information Systems (IS) sector, Civil Systems Division (CSD). Achievements: Managed large proposal

team and won an IS business sector priority $75M Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Task Order to provide Paper &

Remittance Processing Support (PRPS) for paper tax form processing. Directed a major recompete effort to win a $30M

Bioinformatics Integration Support Competitive (BISC) contract with the Department of Health and Human

Services (HHS) - National Institute of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Directed a

recompete effort and won an $8.7M National Airspace System (NAS) Adaptation Services Environment (NASE)

Group. Wrote a "Proposal Toolkit", a capture/proposal training manual for distribution throughout CSC Defense Group

contract; won an $80M Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services (MiDAESS) Sensors Indefinite Delivery

Jun 09 to Jan 10 - Proposal Management Director, Arrowpoint, Alexandria, VA; Led all the planning, scheduling,

and managing aspects of competitive federal government proposals. Collaborated with appropriate staff members for

inputs on strategy development, technical solutions, and cost strategies. Achievements: Managed entire proposal process

to include: creation of compliance matrices; parsing requirements for Subject Matter Expert (SME) callouts; developing
