day to day operations for the company while the owner was away until he

sold business to Auto Transport. During the transition period new owner did

not have much knowledge of motor clubs (AAA) so he looked to me to teach

his crew proper procedures when dealing with members and dispatch. Answer

phones and dispatch drivers when dispatcher was not available.
