Managed the Rigid Flex, Multilayer and Flex Coil product lines in Flex B.U.

and the Thermal-RibbonTM, Stator winding RTD Sensors, Tip-sensitive Probes

and Miniature Babbitt Bearing Sensors in the Sensors BU.

Quoted and managed lead times for finished goods. Set-up planning data

for inventory parts and work with Engineering to make sure standards at set

properly.

Led cooperative effort with Sales and Customer Service to set-up blanket

orders with safety stock requirements along with a release schedule to

manage inventory efficiently both on our and their end.

Created production schedules for inside and outside work centers to insure

expectations are met as well as communicating at all levels. Coordinated

key players when a problem arises that effects the schedules and facilitate

Participated with "New Product Teams" to develop an effective product

launch plan for new models as well as monitored and tracked the project

Coordinated with Engineering to flow down change orders to the production

to obsolesce. Set-up reorder points, min/max settings, and shelf life

raw, semi-finished and finished goods and directed monthly purging

practices.

Sales and the Buyers to best assess their needs and come up with a plan

that would work for all involved.

Played a key role with engineering to establish procedures and metrics

associated with the Flex Manufacturing

Strategically worked with the Production Manager to identify capacity

constraints, determine overtime requirements, and staffing requirements.

Authorized all the ordering for the Flex Stock Room. Set up the reorder

points, min/max settings, shelf life testing policies and yearly blanket

orders. Worked closely with the Logistics Team to insure orders were

picked and packed based on customer requirements.

Started out as an Expeditor and was quickly enlisted to schedule repetitive

jobs for prestigious customers. In 1991 was also assigned the Inventory
