while reducing headcount 28%; reduced employee turnover 50%; and, with
the conversion of TA system vendors and platforms, improved throughput
and saved shareholders $35 million.
His affinity for giving back to his community stems from the guidance and
support he received from his family, community, and schools when he was
growing up. He would love to win the lottery to be able to establish
foundations and endowments to fund special needs groups like Trinity
Services. Trinity Services is an organization that helps place Adults
with special needs into homes and into the work place. Clifton and Dana
have worked hard to ensure that their computer systems are up-to-date and
have donated over 100 machines to their cause.
Clifton and his wife Dana live in the Chicago, Illinois area. Dana is an
accomplished computer programmer. Their daughter is looking forward to
starting Kindergarten and their son is just starting pre-school. He and
Dana greatly enjoy traveling to new and exciting places. Clifton is an
avid gamer and loves teaching his children new and fun ways of looking at
ordinary objects.

countrywide offices. Manage all IT processes from hiring the IT associates
to IT Budgeting and Project design/implementation.
. Supervised the architecture & implementation of an online Case Management
Software used to track cases from conception to billing
. Developed the Mobile Site which allows all country-wide employees &
contractors access to real-time case tracking, status updates, picture
uploads, and GPS coordinates
. Implemented Client Integration via a connection of web services allowing
real-time status updates directly into client's databases eliminating the
need for printed copies of legal documents saving Firefly over
$10,000/year in printing costs alone
. Administered Automatic AR/AP eliminating the need for labor for bill
collection
. Constructed a Batch Printing/Routing system to eradicate shipping
