ADMINISTRATION

Benefits communication and administration; open enrollment. Manage and partner with the broker role.

Accurately applying and managing the LOA guidelines for FMLA, CFRA, PDL, SDI, Workers' Comp.

Maintain accurate personnel data with timely compliance audits.

Familiar with document subpoenas, DOL audits, timely response to EDD/state benefits requests.

Ensure timely filing of state and federal reports: OSHA 300, Applicant Flow data.
