assurance, monitored and assigned surveillance of contract operations on
both military and civilian construction projects ranging in cost from
$350,000 to $8,000,000 many with accelerated fast tract schedules,
including design build, bid build, renovation and new construction. Worked
within the Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management system to
achieve quality as specified in the contract documents including attending
and participating in Quality Control Mutual Understanding meetings,
performing or initiating USACE the three phase inspection system attending
or performing preparatory, initial, and follow up inspections regularly

I have initiated reviewed and developed construction submittals including
Quality Control Plans, Accident Prevention Plans, and Storm Water Pollution
Prevention Plans, as well as numerous FIO and GA construction submittals
produced to manage and schedule work and assured specified quality was
achieved.
I have worked closely with engineers and architects, USACE personnel, DPW,
the Fire Department, other Departments such as DOE and physical security,
as well as end user during design build projects and interpreted plans
specification to customer and contractors, conducted on-site inspections of
multiple construction sites and resolved construction problems; Sound

structural, mechanical, electrical, communication, fire protection and

negotiated government contracts and contract modifications, estimated and
