NCR Atlanta Senior PM / SKY Telecom Deployment & Transition Project (Jan 01/May 02)
Managed a large and complex implementation for SKY Telecom Corporation. The project budget was over $25M and
included over 450,000 customers, 950 staff members including 50 administrative staff, 750 technicians, 70 supervisors,
10 regional managers, and 50 sub contractor and supplier companies.
Initially was hired specifically to rescue this troubled project which was in the red for $2.5M and had a high risk of heavy
contractual penalties for late completion. Within 90 days of recovery phase the project was back in track avoiding cost
over runs and keeping scheduled target dates.
IBM – Bank Programme & Transition Management Project (Sep 2000/Dec 2000)
Lead of the Programme & Transition Management for IBM’s outsourcing project for the private Bank “United Planter’s” of
the Philippines (UPBP). This project engagement involved mayor upgrades to networks, computing platforms, and
application systems (back office, time to market, product offerings, etc.), business continuity plans, disaster & recovery
procedures, and the transition to IBM of 400 Bank staff. Performed the business process re engineering of the system
architecture design and implementation. Participated in the strategic decision making of business issues and lead the
technology alignment of strategic goals and objectives.
IBM – Coca Cola Supply Chain Distribution Project (Aug 00/Sep 00)
Lead the e Business development transformation project consisting in the restructuring and re engineering of the Billing
and Procurement systems. The customer (Panamco) a mayor distributor of Coca Cola in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil
with head office in Miami, achieved savings of over $18M yearly by restructuring the distribution logistics using a new

IBM Hanoi Airport Information System Project (Dec 99/Apr 00)
This challenging project required sensitive customer relationships that involved dealing with the communist government
and airport authority institutions in of Vietnam for the Bid Proposal preparation of the Hanoi Intl Airport Management of
Information Systems Control Center, Flight Information Display System, Departure Control Systems, and SITA
connectivity integration, including FIDS (Flight Information Display System), DCS (Departure Control System), IBM
(AOMIS), SITA (feeds), ICAO (feeds), IATA (feeds), NOTAMS, and the Security Information System encompassing the
ACS (Airport Control System) Operations Room integrated to PAS, MCS, VoIP, Closed Circuit TV, and BIS.
Lead the coordination of the teams located in IBM UK, IBM Sydney, IBM Vietnam, and the ASEAN Headquarters based
in IBM Singapore. The technical aspects of the project involved SDLC using RUP for software development, the
architecture baseline design for a Data Warehousing system using DB2 and Oracle Databases running over an IBM
