CFBP Underwriter One for Bank of America home loans 2013 to present

Mortgage underwriter reviewing all documentation that comes in for home loans or

building loans. Verifying the income and employment details of the applicant and

reviewing the applicant's credit history score. I would look into the appraisal of the

purchased property and check whether it has been valued correctly to warrant the loan

requested from the bank. Reviewing all documentation is complete and accurate to

assist the home owner in modifying their home loan.

Mortgage Loan Closer for SunTrust Mortgages 2012 to 2013

Loan closing compiled all types closing documents. I reviewed approved mortgage

loan to determine conditions that must be met prior to closing, such as purchase of

private mortgage insurance and verified accuracy and consistency of specifications on

documents, such as title abstract and insurance forms.

Quality Assurance Associate Inline from August 2010 to 2012

As a Quality Associate, I reviewed each file before closure to ensure the completion

and accuracy of the advocates work and final letter, including one -on-one review with

the advocate to ensure that bank policies and procedures were followed.
