CUSTOMER CONNECTION

< I managed development and test team who conceptualized, developed and

tested award winning product VM Maestro (Virtual Machine orchestration)

initially used internally and later I pushed this product from

productivity enhancement tool to be a revenue generating product by

productizing it and showcasing it to AT&T, Verizon and Facebook and

signing them as beta customers. Highly innovative product using

virtualization built on cloud infrastructure using Cisco UCS servers and

compute is highly appreciated by Facebook as it helps them build their

network on top of Linux box booting our product from a USB drive

< I was responsible for complete customer acquisition and retention for VXR

product in APAC and Australia. Gathering requirements and fulfilling them

with the help of my development and test team in time with high quality.

< WAVE (Workbench for Automation, verification and execution) and TRADe

(Test result analysis and debugging tool) conceptualized, developed and

tested under my supervision with complete focus on fetching new customers

from India and shanghai making sure there requirements were captured and

delivered with highest quality
