• DESCRIPTION: To identify Wood Resistance (HARDNESS) by measuring the depth
of penetration due to hammer load.
MAIN PROJECT:
• ANALYSIS AND REDUCTION OF DEFECTS IN TMT BARS USING MULTI
CRITERIA DECISION MAKING TOOLS
• DESCRIPTION: To identify the root causes for the defects using Cause and Effect
Diagram and narrow down the critical defects using Fuzzy Delphi Method then
calculate the Risk Priority Number for the narrow downed defects with a help of
Failure Mode Effect Analysis and finally corrective actions are taken by the using of
Quality Function Deployment and reduce the defects in the TMT bars.
