Brooks Brothers Factory Store October 2013 – present.

Sales, Customer Service. Additionally, maintain and at times assist in creating effective merchandise

presentations aimed at maximizing sales and enhancing the retailer’s brand image. Joining Brooks Brothers marked a

return to the retail industry after fifteen years in other professions.

Axcess Financial Services August 2006 present:

Account Representative. Collecting past due loan balances, and later dishonored checks negotiated for cash at

company.
