ENHANCED the long term vision of the overall organization towards the

successful deployment of several revenue enhancing and bottom-line EPS

improvements such as a field based real- time technology solution. This

example installed a real-time CRM solution deployed across the entire

organization within a one week timeframe and was both on time and under

budget. The resultant success was a base of early technology adopters, as

well as improving the number of calls that were made on a daily basis,

therefore increasing revenues by $150 million.

DEFINED, BUILT and MANAGED a state-of-the-art customer-centric, service-

based IT Division designed to support a $900 million global pharmaceutical

applications and operations while adhering to a product development system

Million and cap ex budget of $20Million.

. Rolled out the EMR/EHR solution from a leading software provider to the

surveyed documented satisfaction of both the medical and clinical staff.

. Created from scratch a clinically based, medically validated, native I-

pad assessment software solution for all admissions into the Long Term

Acute Care hospitals.

. Deployed a field based therapy and concussion tracking documentation

driven software solution for both the employees in the 1000 clinics and

the on field sports care providers. This is contributing to the

nationwide documentation requirements as well as the body of evidence for

concussion care. This is under the Nova Care brand and encompasses

professional sports and college athletics.

. Managed a staff of 300 and a budget of greater than a $20 million while

focused on software development and delivery to healthcare employees.

. Managed a company-wide E-Learning project for continuing education

courses tailored for our nursing staff and their requirements. Launched

a home-health-aid certification course project for educational parity
