ENHANCED the long term vision of the overall organization towards the
successful deployment of several revenue enhancing and bottom-line EPS
improvements such as a field based real- time technology solution. This
example installed a real-time CRM solution deployed across the entire
organization within a one week timeframe and was both on time and under
budget. The resultant success was a base of early technology adopters, as
well as improving the number of calls that were made on a daily basis,
therefore increasing revenues by $150 million.
DEFINED, BUILT and MANAGED a state-of-the-art customer-centric, service-

pad assessment software solution for all admissions into the Long Term
Acute Care hospitals.
. Deployed a field based therapy and concussion tracking documentation
driven software solution for both the employees in the 1000 clinics and
the on field sports care providers. This is contributing to the
nationwide documentation requirements as well as the body of evidence for
concussion care. This is under the Nova Care brand and encompasses
