2007-present: GI/Surgical RN at clinic in Madison, Wisconsin (10/2007-

08/2009) -Phone triage for the Internal Medicine department. (08/2009-

present)- Gastroenterology/Surgery/ Podiatry department. Experience

consists of assisting with conscious sedation and monitoring of patients

throughout procedures. Additional procedural experience includes

vasectomies, breast and thyroid biopsies, breast and thyroid ultrasound,

skin lesion removals, hemorrhoid bandings and removals and specimen

collection. Have managed day to day practice of 4 physicians including

procedures, set up, phone triage, patient recovery and education.

Additional experience includes 5 1/2 years in podiatry managing the clinic,

triage, assisting with procedures, and education.

1994-2007: Lodi Good Samaritan, Lodi, Wisconsin. Medicare/Rehabilitation

Coordinator- Supervised operation of a 17 bed sub-acute Rehabilitation unit

including Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, CNA and

Nursing staff. Performed all of the admission history and physical

assessments to the unit. Completed the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for all

patients which established the Medicare reimbursement. Was a member of

care planning and discharge team for all residents.

1989-1994: Lodi Good Samaritan, Lodi, Wisconsin. Charge Nurse on the p.m.

shift for 100 bed skilled nursing facility.

1987-1988: Saint Mary's Hospital, Madison, Wisconsin. Staff nurse on

Oncology/Medical Unit.

skilled nursing facility on the p.m. shift.
