Summary of Work Experience and Knowledge
I have received college credits in Math, English, general psychology, life span-growth
& development, college ethics, physical therapy, as well as, interpersonal
communications. I have studied and completed courses in management responsibilities
and customer service management including: the classification of the different types of
personalities that may be encountered in the work place as well as, the development of
employees. I have recently been trained in the Comptia A+ and Network+ Computer
Information Technology programs. I have certain knowledge of computers including,
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, different file types, internet services, media/audio
programs, computer hardware, certain computer software, the manufacturing/building of
a complete PC, printers, copier and fax machines. I have basic knowledge of computer
networking including: the hardware, software, protocols (TCP/IP), internet, Ethernet,
wireless networking, servers, switches, routers, etc.

- Final process of industrial oil field equipment which include, paint
work, final touch-ups, decal installation and other final equipment
preparations prior to shipment to the field or repair.

- Managed/Supervised an automotive care shop involving automotive
maintenance/repair, customer service, employee duties(scheduling,
payroll, hiring/release, promotions, evaluations), shop finances,

opening/closing procedures and the DIR and MIR(daily income report
and monthly income report).
