OBJECTIVE
I love working in any field in which I have a direct connection to bettering the customer, be it through advertising, customer service, or just saving money. My strong suit would be call center with customer service or sales, but my determination and motivation make me give 110% no matter where employed. Supervised agents on the floor and monitored the alarm panel. Ran countless reports and spoke with clients directly regarding issues or kudos. Dispatched calls out to on-call doctors and technicians. Programmed new accounts and updated any changes to vital information using the Amtelco’s Infinity System.
