level positions from President on down. Performed franchising, merger and

Echostar, Sr. Technical Recruiter 8 months+ Responsible for full
lifecycle recruiting of Software development and support candidates in 3
time frames at 4 divisions. Recruited Ruby on Rails, Java, .Net.

and Project Managers. Averaged 9 hires a month with a requisition load

Blockbuster Video Sr. Technical Recruiter 6 months. Planned all
recruiting for the acquisition of Blockbuster by Echostar. Recruited

Zidea, Inc Sr. Technical Recruiter 32 months+, Responsible for
recruiting software engineers, hardware engineers, sales and all positions
for this privately held company and the different divisions. Locations
spread out nationwide. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting from
requisition creation, to sourcing thru hiring completion.
Digital Lightwave Sr. Recruiter 12 months, Recruited electrical
engineering talent for design of state of the art FPGA's and design for
Optical test equipment.
MWH Global, Sr. Corporate Recruiter 12 months Responsible for recruiting

Successfully hired 80 employees in ten months. Developed candidate
database which has over 13,000 engineers in the EPC industry. Recruited
