perimeters to replace the existing C-Cure system with the Vindicator
Intrusion Detection System/Automated Entry Control System (IDS/AECS).
Planning and installation of the Infrared Perimeter Intrusion Detection
Sensor (IPIDS) and upgrading the IDS/AECS at foreign locations. Set up
Pre-Installation Test and Checkout (PITCO) lab for DOE. Configuring,
ordering, and coordinating staff efforts to create functional workspace
and stock components needed to build system. System successfully bench-
tested and fielded, Mentoring junior DOE/DOD/DOE personnel in the design
and planning for a Vindicator IDS/AECS install in 14 buildings located in
cold weather region. Guiding same personnel in site survey, design,
planning, and implementation of other physical security systems.
Installing multiple vehicle barrier and vehicle delay systems as well as
slide-gate operators at numerous geographically separate locations.

2002-2003 Installed and repaired wedge barriers, cable-arm barriers,
hydraulic bollard systems, bollards, portable crash barriers, and guard
booths. Completed physical placement of systems and wiring, and managed
installation teams of 6 to 120 people. Performed installations for
military, civilian, and federal entities.
