Unified IP is one of the Contact/Call Center software, Advanced List Management (ALM) is in charge of the
outbound calling management.
Design and develop the large scale data analysis and cluster analysis to get Answering Behavior Model and
pattern for the customers.
Develop Optimizer component in Advanced List Management (ALM) to contact prospective customers at the
right time with the right phone number.
Develop automatic updating system to update each customer’s Behavior Model based on their answering
pattern, and customize each customer’s dialing suggestion.
Maintain several old version of ALM system (1 in Linux, 3 in Windows), cooperated with customer support
to solve reported bugs and customer issues.
