Accounts Payable transactions.

Manage print projects from initial RFE through proof approval and press
OK's to lettershop and fulfillment. Projects range from offset and digital
printing on paper and plastic substrates to personalized direct mail and
variable data custom packaging. I became the "go-to" person for the
corporation's most challenging, cutting-edge print and fulfillment
projects, especially VDP. And was also part of the "Killer Idea" award
category winning team for the 2009 Midwest Direct Marketing Association
(MDMA) ARC Awards. (This position at Thomson Reuters was eliminated January
14, 2011 due to a company-wide reorganization.)
Materials Manager/Senior Production Coordinator, 2003 to 2006

Manage inventory and fulfillment of all forms of print, including more than
500 state-specific annuity sales kit variations. These sales kits included
financial prospectuses, contracts and state-specific supplements, and were
assembled and distributed in a "Just in Time" fashion using a combination
of inventoried offset print and digital print-on-demand.
Print Project Consultant, 2000 to 2002

I teamed with internal business partners to create marketing print
materials at the corporation's in-plant production facility. Earned an
internal promotion in 2001 and became a key member of the financial print
team. In this new role, I was responsible for "household" mailings prior to
prospectus distribution and any required supplement mailings after
distribution. (This ING in-plant was closed due to a nationwide corporate
restructuring.)
