Skills/Work Experience:
I am currently employed as sub-contractor under First Energy tasked with installing, updating
and maintaining solar arrays attached to high power distribution lines for the purpose of FAA
lighting and communications. I have personally installed entire systems both mechanical and
electrical including construction and wiring of the communication and lighting control box, solar
panels (100’ up within the tower) all with 100% safety record.
Additionally, I work directly with the Master Electrician for Mountain View solar. Within this
scope of work I have developed the skills necessary for Pre and post commissioning testing,
quality control and under limited supervision and independently wired numerous inverters,
transformers, string combiners, disconnects, solar arrays, critical load panels, etc…
Prior to my recently education and employment in the renewables market, I spent several years as
an appraiser/consultant for William G Bowen Inc. My duties included but not limited to
consultation and valuation for residential and small income projects for major lending institutions
and large production builders. In performing these tasks I have estimated construction cost for
new residential homes based on plans and specifications, renovation cost for existing housing,
income analysis and their effect on market value.
