Relocation and General Management:

Personally hired and trained over 4,200 sub-contractor inspectors for in-field inspections and service such as HVAC,

electrical, plumbing, structural, chimney, siding, roofing, substrate, mold, septic, and underground storage tanks. This was

accomplished as a network manager in charge of nation-wide inspections and repair work while managing a team of eight

in-house staff members.
