Intel Corporation – 1272 D1C Extension; Construction Management – Lump Sum
Project Manager of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical scopes of work related to interior demolition of existing Fab and Central
Utility Building. Responsibilities include scope development and management (subcontract to close-out) for structural,
architectural, wet and dry mechanical, and process demolition. Leading a team of two project engineers and field staff, we
safely and successfully completed over $30 million of contracted scope in five months.

Buyer’s Technical Representative
US Department of Energy, Richland, WA; Construction Management - Stipulated Sum
200W Pump and Treat Project located on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, a 586 square mile Federal facility.
Project consisted of eight process buildings designed to extract groundwater from the aquifer adjacent to the
Columbia River, remove radioactive contaminants, and inject the treated water back into the aquifer.
Responsibilities included preparation of statements of work, coordination of design information (between CH2M
Hill Design Group, DOE, and Contractors), and the management of documentation required by the Department of
Energy.
DPR & DRR/Fortis Joint Venture 2007-2009
Project Manager, DRR/Fortis Joint Venture
Intuit, Quincy, WA (2007 – 2010); Construction Management - Stipulated Sum ($160MM)
Onsite Project Manager for new 250,000 square foot Mission Critical Data Center located in Central Washington. Key
elements of this project included (six) 2,250 KW diesel generators, (thirty-seven) computer room air
conditioning units with associated cooling towers/chilled water system, and 40,000 square feet of raised access
flooring.

Genentech CCP2 Project, Vacaville, CA; Construction Management - GMP
One of five DPR Project Managers (with a peak of approximately seventy office staff) assigned to this $600MM
upgrade to Genentech’s Vacaville facility. Responsible for renovation of and addition to Genentech’s Building 3
GMP warehouse (approximately $40MM in value). Installed a (-20 degree F) freezer and cold storage rooms in
addition to the 120,000 sf of high bay storage.

Intel Corporation - D1D Tool Install Lithography/D1C AMHS, Hillsboro, OR; Construction Management
Coordinated various trade subcontractors in the move-in and hook-up of lithography tools. In position for only a
few months due to the Owner requirement that staff augmentation personnel be rotated out on a regular basis.

$10MM to $60MM. Specific responsibilities included managing cost, schedule, construction, and closeout.
