Responsibilities included cutting open bags of product, dumping them through a metal detector, sometimes sifting them
through a shaker device and then dumping them into a hopper to be sent to the production line to be bagged, boxed,

At Thompson Correctional Center my responsibilities included; Janitor position- I completed daily cleaning of one wings
bathroom, showers, one hallway, one laundry room and took out the trash. Kitchen position- I made bag lunches for
approximately 100 inmates daily to include all preparation work; meat cutting, stocking, cleaning of work areas and taking
out the garbage. Animal Caretaker- At the Dane Co. Humane Society in Madison, WI I worked 7 days a week, 6 hours
per day cleaning dog kennels and cat cages, fed, watered and walked dogs, washed dishes and laundry, took out trash
and any other assignments handed down by staff or supervisors. Yard Crew- I trimmed trees and bushes, mowed grass
and used the weed eater until the day before I got out.

Responsibilities included driving a 16 ton Box Truck with a shredder inside to customers throughout Southeastern WI and

to Appleton, WI. Then I would transport those proprietary data tapes to our off site secured facility for storage and safe
keeping and log them into our library like cataloging system. I used a hand held scanner to track the movements of the
tapes from the start of the day to its end.

Duties included being on call 24/7 for Hotshot oilfield delivery where I had 45 min. from time of call to be at a company to
pick up whatever materials they needed to go to a port along the gulf coast or another company from LA, TX, MS or even
OK. I utilized a 2 ton flatbed pick-up truck for most of my deliveries. I followed DOT guidelines, logged my miles and I
was paid commission only for my runs based on each individual companies contracts with my employer.
