Roles and responsibilities:

Responsibilities during project life cycle include

Business Blueprint:

• Study of entire business process of the client related to SD and their interface with FI,

MM & SD.

• Preparation of Business Process Master List, To-Be documents, Detailed Design

documents.

• Gap analysis and development identification.

• Arranging process validation workshop and getting sign-off of “To-be” document.

Realization Phase:

• Configuration of Organizational Structure: Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division,

Sales area, Sales Office, Sales Group, Plant, Storage Location, Shipping Point.

• Configuration of Customer Master, Customer-Material Info record (CMIR)

• Hands on experience on configuration of different types of sales document types, item

categories and schedule line categories.

• Partner determination, Account determination, Material determination, and Output

determination.

• Configuration of Contracts, Credit memo, Debit memo, Return process.

• Configuration of Availability check

• Configuration of Copy Controls, Third party, Consignment process and Stock Transport Order.

The Nilkamal was incorporated on December 5, 1985 under the name of Creamer Plastic, which was

converted into Creamer Plastic on July 18, 1990. The company is promoted by the Parekh family of

the Nilkamal Group. The promoters are Vamanrai V Parekh, Sharad V Parekh and Hiten V Parekh.

The company's name was changed to Nilkamal Plastic on August 23, 1990.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Modifying the business process objects according to Client requirements

• Provide Root Cause analysis once issue resolved

• Interaction with the client for process clarifications.
