I data entered all new customer information and updated any information of existing customers. I
counted over/shorts on a daily basis and prepare bank deposits ranging from $700.00 to $2,000.00. I
frequently used the Internet as a source of information, to assist customers in search of additional
products that may be available online. I prepared and faxed over ICST’s over to other store locations. I
distributed product repairs when necessary I also filled in and received orders for our store and other
locations. I displayed changes and price adjustments throughout the store. I made five to ten phone sales
a week and continued the process by assisting the customer with the activation of their phone lines
through companies such as AT&T, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobil and verifying credit applications for all
Pre-Paids of Visa, Master Card and Green Dots. I took customer complaints and responded accordingly
to unsatisfied customers. I received and processed payments for product purchases, customer service on a
daily basis utilizing my bilingual skills in Spanish as needed. I opened and closed the store with full
attentiveness of security system and iron-gate.

I was first point of contact to receive and welcome new and returning customers. Once I had clients
checked-in I would proceed by making sure all data input was updated and entered correctly on the
database. I handled all incoming call on a multiline system making sure all calls were answered promptly
and directed accordingly. I lent clerical support to all staff members such as the teachers, financial aid,
admissions and the future professionals. I received and processed payment for services and school
products. I prepared and arranged the daily use of the salon chemicals for distribution to assigned staff
member, always keeping an accurate inventory of all products shipped to our location as well as used by
the staff. I maintained the money drawer by matching up all credit and cash transactions for the day and
by preparing bank deposits and securing money drawer for the following day.
