I started my career in the Oil & Gas business and later moved to insurance as a Fire Protection Risk

Summary

Engineer, cross trained for Machinery Breakdown and have held positions as Loss Control Manager,

Risk Engineering Manager and Claims Manager for leading Insurance companies.

From 2005 to 2008 I performed Risk Engineering visits for a global consultancy company surveying,

Petrochemical plants, Solvent Extraction facilities and Power Plants within South America and the

Caribbean.

In 2008 I joined a new multinational company as Corporate Risk Manager to develop the Enterprise Risk

Management (ERM) program to protect the Holdings Operations in 19 territories in Latin America and

the Caribbean (total sales U$D 5 Billion).

Since 2008, independent Risk Engineer for Insurance and Reinsurance companies in Latin America

offering Risk Engineering services in Machinery Breakdown and Fire Protection; as well as Claims

supervision for reinsurance companies involved in large claims .
